Ally specializes in compliance and wellness.  She holds a BA in psychology from Dominican University of CA and is a certified Associate Professional of HR.  In her tenure at Vine, Ally has worked on numerous compliance audits along with several other HR projects.  Ally also runs the employee wellness program at Vine which was successfully implemented in 2016.  Before Vine and during school, Ally had experience working at a Fast Casual Restaurant, where she met many interesting people and learned the ropes of the restaurant industry.  Today, Ally strives to apply her HR knowledge to better engage and assist those in the hospitality industry.
