Throughout his career in the restaurant and hospitality industry, Volker Schmitz has accumulated extensive local and international experience and has been able to apply his knowledge to guide the clients at Vine Solutions.

After completing an apprenticeship and formal restaurant management training in Germany, Volker was employed for 3 years in the hospitality industry in the United Kingdom. Following this Volker spent several years managing bar operations on cruise ships.

Volker has all-encompassing experience as General Manager and Regional Director through all aspects of opening new restaurant locations, training staff and management, and managing multi-unit quick service and fine dining high volume restaurant operations across the US.

At Vine Solutions, Volker has been able to put his vast experience to work by assisting clients with training and streamlining their operations to help make the businesses run more efficient and maximize profitability.
