Mary Arcadi is the lead Human Resources Consultant supporting Vine clients human resources foundations. Mary has over 40 years of operations management and human resources experience in a wide variety of industries and including working at Fortune 500 companies.
Mary was responsible for her first 12 million dollar profit & loss statement at 22 years old and managed teams of over 150 employees and managers. Mary got her start in the hospitality industry working her way up from a clerk in a hotel gift shop to 6 years later running a 550 room hotel in the San Francisco financial district as the Rooms Division Manager.
Mary entered the Human Resources field in 1999 and has helped employers enhance business through their most valuable asset, their employees. Mary was first certified as a Professional Human Resource in 2004 and went on to earned her Senior SPHR certification a couple of years later.
Being a big science fiction fan at 8 years old, her first love was Star Trek, Mary has implemented a variety of technologies to improve delivery of human resources requirements. Although technology will never replace the interaction to connect the business to their employees, it does provide tools and resources to managers which is her goal.
When Mary is not working all hours of the day taking care of her clients, she can be found traveling the world. Mary has been fortunate enough to experience a variety of cultural history, food, architecture, and sights of countries around the world. Those countries include; Russia, China, Japan, Australia, Canada, France, England, Germany, Spain, Vietnam, Cambodia, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and of course land of her ancestors Italy.
