Amanda Ho began her career in hospitality in the ‘heart of the house’. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, she worked her way up the ladder in kitchens throughout Los Angeles. Early in her career, she was given the opportunity to open a restaurant from the ground up.  She welcomed the challenge.  This experience expanded her knowledge of construction, pre-opening planning and front of the house operations.   Amanda’s quest for knowledge has led her through many positions in the hospitality industry, including positions in the Viceroy Hotel group and as the Director of Management Recruiting for Brad Metzger Restaurant Solutions.

Most recently, Amanda had the pleasure of growing and operating her own restaurant concept as a partner in Great Maple, Modern American Eatery. With four locations throughout Southern California this boutique restaurant concept is the culmination of her career in hospitality thus far. Amanda now joins the Vine Solutions team as a seasoned owner and operator who is eager to help others find their path to profitability in an ever-evolving industry. Amanda lives in Los Angeles with her husband (also a chef), step son (professional eater) and two cats.
